🔒 Return & Refund Policy – KPlayz Collection

At KPlayz Collection, we take pride in providing high-quality wigs, bundles, and digital products. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.


We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

However, a refund or replacement will only be issued under the following condition:

  • If an error was made on our end (such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product)

To qualify:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos/videos of the issue
  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

Once reviewed and approved, we will issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.

 

 

 

 

 

 

  • No refunds on digital products (eBooks, AI tools, or downloads)
  • Please ensure all order details (address, product selection) are correct before checkout
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
