Are the wigs ready to wear?
Wigs in our Ready-to-Ship Wigs collection are ready to wear and ready to ship. Check each product page for its length, lace type, cap size, and included features. Ready to wear does not mean the lace arrives cut; check the listing or ask us before purchasing.
When will my wig ship?
Ready-to-ship wigs are dispatched within 3β5 business days. Delivery starts after dispatch: estimated U.S. transit is 3β7 business days, and international transit is 7β14 business days, depending on destination and customs. Weekends and holidays are excluded. See our Shipping Policy for details.
How do I choose my cap size?
Measure around your hairline with a flexible measuring tape and compare your measurement with the sizes on the exact product page. Available sizes vary by wig. Do not assume that a previous purchase or an adjustable strap guarantees the same fit.
What does glueless mean?
Glueless wigs are designed to be secured without adhesive when correctly fitted. Features vary by unit. Shop our Glueless Wigs and read the Wig Guide.
Can I return or exchange an order?
Our store generally treats sales as final, with the exceptions explained in our Refund Policy. For a wrong or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or video. Keep the item unused, unworn, and in its original packaging while we review the issue. The full policy includes additional terms, including its European Union return provision.
How do I track my order?
Tracking is emailed when your order ships. Allow up to 48 hours for the carrier to show tracking updates.

What wig services do you offer in Detroit?
K Playz Collection offers wig maintenance and revamps for $65, maintenance with complete lace replacement for $110, and custom wig construction for $145. For construction, supply your own bundles and lace. Closure switches, color services, bands and combs are priced separately.
Can I pay for my wig service online?
Yes. Visit our Detroit wig services page and choose the Pay Online button for your service. Payment covers the selected service and does not reserve an appointment. Call or text 734-460-0160 with your order number to arrange service. Confirm required materials, turnaround and drop-off or shipping arrangements before sending a wig. Any postage is arranged separately.
